Great piece … I’m thinking though of the small non-profit that wants or needs to be maybe more than one of these and pondering now that perhaps a blog with guest bloggers that focus on say advocacy or stories or the CEO would be a way to accomplish that. Missed the event – when’s the next one?

This is a great list, and very different from the usually “how-tos.” It focuses on the purpose of the blog, not the delivery techniques.
