I found that of all the webinars I've attended, you had the best skill in understanding the technology and the medium. I've experienced too many in which the presenter lacked voice presence, tripped over "um", couldn't manage the technology or just wasn't a very good presenter. I hold you up as a model of how to do it right. Keep up the great work! I’ll add a kudo, Kivi.
