We’ll be kicking off the fourth edition of the #NPCommPix photo-a-day challenge for nonprofit communications pros on July 1, and I hope you’ll join in the fun.

Dawn Crawford at BC/DC Ideas and I host the challenge, but we are very excited to welcome our first guest co-host, the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network this time!

All you have to do is take a look at the daily prompt, and post a photo to Instagram or Twitter related to that prompt with the hashtag #npcommpix.

We’ve seen nonprofits use the challenge is several ways. Some nonprofits use it as a way to take their supporters behind the scenes, and others use it as a way to acknowledge their supporters and partners.  You can post from your personal account too — and several people do both!

We’ve archived all the posts from previous challenges on Tumblr if you want to check that out.

Here are your July prompts:

Follow me at @kivilm or Dawn at @bcdcideas and you’ll get reminders each day as we post.
