Storybanking and Photobanking: Your Questions and Examples

story and photo bankingOur team is working on the creation of a new guide on nonprofit storybanking¬†and photobanking. You get great stories and photos, but how do you organize them? How do you find what you need months later? How do you give the right people access? When does the content “expire” and should it be deleted? What about content curated from other sources – can that go in your bank?

These are just a few of the questions that come up around “digital asset management” or as we prefer to call it, storybanking (the words, with or without photos) and photobanking (the photos, with or without the words).

In our guide, we’ll not only provide how-tos, but we’ll also share lots of real-world examples from nonprofits like yours.

That’s where you come in!

What questions do you have about storybanking and photobanking? We want to make sure we answer them.

Do you have an example you can share about how you manage stories and photos at your nonprofit? We want to hear from you too!
