About the Passes We Offer

Where can I buy a Pass?

You can buy any of our passes here.

What’s included in the All-Access Pass?

Free RSVPs for our live webinars and interactive conference calls (teleseminars). While the schedule for each month depends on Kivi’s other commitments, our goal is to provide at least three live webinars or interactive conference calls each month. You can RSVP for any you want to attend live at no additional cost via our special Pass Holders RSVP page.

Unlimited access to our recording archive. Barring technical difficulties, video of each webinar and mp3 audio of each webinar and call are available to Pass holders within 48 hours of the live event.  You’ll have access to all of the recordings for the 12 weeks after you buy your pass, PLUS access to the recordings from the previous three months, which means you get six month’s worth of recorded training, all included. You can access the recording archive 24/7.

E-books. Your All-Access Pass also includes unlimited access to our two popular e-books, How to Write a Nonprofit Annual Report and The First 100 Days in Your New Nonprofit Marketing Job.

What’s included in the Pass *Plus*?

You get everything in the All-Access Pass, plus personal attention to your questions and coaching from Kivi Leroux Miller via Pass *Plus* member-only coaching calls and private office hours consultations.

What’s the difference between the Quarterly Pass and the Annual Pass?

The only difference is the length of access and the price. You get access to the same resources no matter how long you subscribe. The Quarterly Pass is good for 90 days and the Annual Pass is good for one year. You save 20% when you buy an Annual Pass over purchasing four Quarterly passes.

About Logging In

What is my username and password?

You selected a username and password when you registered. If you encountered a glitch in your registration process and believe you have paid for a pass, but were not given the opportunity to create a username and password, email us at helpdesk@nonprofitmarketingguide.com and we’ll get you set up.

How do I retrieve or change my username?

If you forgot your username, you can click on the Lost Your Password link and enter your email address. You will be sent your username and a new password. You can’t retrieve your username without generating a new password. You cannot change your username. If you really must change it, please contact us at helpdesk@nonprofitmarketingguide.com and we will manually delete your old account and create a new one for you, transferring your current subscriptions.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password in one of two ways: (1) If you know your existing password, login and then click on Membership Details. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and change your password. Click Save. (2) If you don’t know your password or it’s not working, click on the Lost Your Password? links and go through the steps. You will be sent a new computer-generated password. Then you can login and change it to something more memorable.

About Renewing Your Pass

How do I renew the pass? Will it renew automatically?

When your pass is about to expire, we will send you email messages reminding you to renew. If you don’t renew, your access to the pass resources will end. While the quarterly All-Access Pass used to renew automatically until you canceled it, we no longer offer this feature.

How do I know when my All-Access Pass expires?

Quarterly passes are good for 90 days. Annual passes are good for 365 days. You will receive an email one week and one day before your pass is set to expire to remind you to purchase another pass if you want to continue on. If not, simply ignore the email reminders and your pass will expire, ending your access to the Webinar RSVP and Archive pages, etc. If you need to know the exact date that your pass expires, you can email us at helpdesk@nonprofitmarketingguide.com and we will look it up for you.
