Have You Already Upgraded?
If you believe you already have a current All-Access Pass, here’s what’s probably going on . . .
1) You have more than one account. You are logged in with one account, but your All-Access Pass is on another account. If you use multiple usernames, logout and try logging back in with the other username. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive, which means Smith is not the same thing as smith. This is the most frequent login problem we see.
2) Our databases are being slow. If you signed up for an All-Access Pass in the last 15 minutes, you may have caught our databases taking a nap (or whatever it is databases do when they aren’t working as quickly as they should). Logout, give it a few more minutes, then try logging back in.
3) Wordpress didn’t like your username or password. For reasons we don’t understand, sometimes an account just won’t “take” in Wordpress, our content management system. Don’t worry, we can fix it by hand. Email us.
If you still can’t login, email us at helpdesk@nonprofitmarketingguide.com, tell us what’s going on, and we’ll sort it out.
