Constant Contact released results from their 2012 Nonprofit Pulse Survey. The survey findings are consistent with what we found in our own Nonprofit Communications Trends Report: nonprofits are concerned about finding and connecting with supporters, and are excited about the role of social media in helping them meet those challenges.

Volunteers submit (via Facebook and Pinterest) a photo of their volunteer work in action and one sentence explaining why they love volunteering. The submission that gets the most combined Likes and Repins will get the volunteer — and the nonprofit they serve — featured as one of the monthly spotlights on the VolunteerMatch homepage.
