Despite Kristina’s post yesterday on how no one reads a full article, studies do show that content marketing is effective. This infographic from Wishpond shares that 90% of customers find custom content useful, 68% say they read content from brands they like, and brands that have blogs generate 67% more sales leads each month.
While we do love a good infographic, Melissa Raimondi of Network for Good warns not to let them tell your whole story as they often don’t connect on the emotional level needed to sway donors.
