You'll take the CALM Quiz to get your team's CALM Score. Then Kivi will work with you to create a customized plan to improve your score over the summer in ways that make sense for your nonprofit.
We'll do one conference call or video chat at the beginning of the program to talk about your customized plan.
We'll do two group coaching calls per month, for a total of six, during June, July, and August. The calls will be full of troubleshooting, success stories, and open Q & A. We'll record everything in case you can't make it live.
You'll have access to a Summer of CALM Members Only Facebook Group where you can ask questions, share resources, help other participants and connect with Kivi in between the group coaching calls.
You can schedule a second private conference call or Zoom video meeting with Kivi whenever it makes the most sense for your team.
