Trying to measure the results of your communications work can be overwhelming.

You don’t have the budget or time for the analytic research required to really prove whether your communications are raising awareness or creating community engagement. You could be lost forever down the deep data rabbit holes provided by Google Analytics and your email and social media platforms.

While all of this is true and daunting, it doesn’t mean that measuring your work is impossible.

In fact, there are many  important indicators of communications success that anyone working in nonprofit communications today can use to track their progress.

We’ll show you how.

During this webinar, you’ll learn about:

  • Several frameworks for measuring communications work, starting with “Activity, Reach, Engagement, and Impact.”

  • The difference between performance, predictive, and prescriptive metrics, and which ones you should use

  • How to find the just-right-for-you “goldilocks” indicators to track based on your specific objectives and abilities, without spending any additional money

  • Our menus of favorite metrics to select from, including recommendations for people thinking about measuring their communications work for the first time

With good data in hand, making the case for changes in strategy, more staff, and a budget increase becomes much easier. You can do this!
