11/7: Book Lovers Day. Share your favorite books relating to the work your nonprofit does.
11/11: Veteran’s Day. Highlight volunteers, staff, or clients who have served in the military.
11/13: World Kindness Day. Feature those volunteers who go above and beyond making your clients feel loved. Or share how your supporters can show kindness to others in a way that aligns with your cause.
11/15: America Recycles Day. Share how your organization recycles. For a twist, try “recycling” old content that got a good response.
11/15: National Philanthropy Day. Recognize your greatest supporters.
11/20: Absurdity Day. Take the opportunity to do something crazy! Social media is great for these kinds of things. Or dispel an absurd notion people believe about your organization.
11/26: Thanksgiving (U.S.). Thank supporters, clients, and volunteers. Email messages of gratitude around Thanksgiving are a great way to kick off a series of fundraising emails in November and December.

Daylight Savings Time ends on November 1st.
Election Day in the US is November 3rd. This and its aftermath will dominate the news for quite a while.
The top November 2020 movie releases are Let Him Go, The Christmas Chronicles: Part Two, Freaky, Stillwater and Buddy Games. (Some of these are streaming and some will be in theaters that are open.)
TV shows premiering this month include The Good Doctor, B Positive, Mom, Young Sheldon, Moonbase 8, NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles and NCIS: New Orleans, Industry, Dash & Lily, A Teacher, Chicago Fire, Chicago Med and Chicago PD, The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, SWAT, Grey’s Anatomy, Law & Order: SVU, Station 19, The Blacklist, Chick Fight, The Crown, His Dark Materials, Big Sky, A Million Little Things, Animaniacs, and Saved By the Bell as well as LOTS of Holiday/Christmas specials.

The busiest shopping day of the year, Black Friday, is November 27th.
