Before 8:00 a.m. –  Check email before work, refill my coffee at home and head to the office.

8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m – Quickly scan emails and answer those that are important.

Check project updates in Basecamp and return phone calls.

10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. – On this day, I had another meeting after my 9:00-10:30 meeting, which lasted until lunchtime.

12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. – Lunch with a friend out of the office and then back to work. Created a dropbox folder for an upcoming television interview.

2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m – Led communications department meeting with my staff and then worked on various projects: Structuring a community outreach plan, reviewing photos from a recent photo shoot, and end-of-year appeal collateral.

Thanks for sharing your day, Brenda!
