Nonprofit communicators are expected to produce an endless stream of content:

Emails. Social posts. Blog updates. Impact stories. Newsletters. Appeals. Reports. Press releases.

And that’s on top of everything else you’re responsible for.

If creating all that content feels overwhelming, you’re not alone. Most nonprofit communicators are trying to do too much content creation the hard way.

There’s a smarter approach.

In this interactive three-hour master class, you’ll learn how to combine three powerful tools to dramatically reduce the time and energy you spend creating content:

  • AI
  • Content Repurposing
  • Content Curation

Each of these can help on its own. But when you use them together, they can completely change how your content pipeline works.

Instead of constantly starting from scratch, you’ll learn how to:

  • Generate ideas and drafts faster with AI
  • Turn one strong piece of content into multiple pieces across channels
  • Share valuable information your audience cares about without always having to create it yourself

You’ll get more useful content for your audience (and far less pressure on you).

This Is a Hands-On Master Class

During the session, you won’t just listen. You’ll actually work on your own content approach.

You’ll practice writing prompts, explore ways to repurpose existing content, and identify curation opportunities that make sense for your specific audience.

Participants will receive several practical worksheets and frameworks they can immediately use in their day-to-day work.

And you’ll work along side Kristina, Kayla, and the other participants to ensure you’re headed in the right direction.

In this NEW Master Class, you’ll learn:

  • How to structure AI prompts to generate stronger content ideas and drafts
  • How to combine AI with your existing content to speed up writing and brainstorming

  • Simple frameworks for repurposing content without sounding repetitive

  • How to quickly turn one piece of content into multiple pieces across channels

  • The difference between good and bad content curation

  • How to curate useful content without violating copyright or attribution norms

  • How to build a more sustainable content workflow that doesn’t rely on constant original creation

And of course, we’ll have plenty of time for your questions!

Who This Master Class Is For

This workshop is designed for nonprofit communicators who are responsible for producing a lot of content with limited time and resources.

It’s especially helpful for people who:

  • Feel overwhelmed by the volume of content they’re expected to create
  • Want to use AI more effectively but aren’t sure where to start
  • Suspect they’re under-using their existing content
  • Want a more sustainable approach to keeping their channels active

Whether you’re a seasoned communications director or the only person handling marketing at your organization, you’ll leave with practical strategies you can start using immediately.

What Others Have Said about Our Master Classes

“My favorite things were the break-out sessions and being forced to write! I liked working on real-world examples and then seeing the results and hearing others results, too. I found the Master Class even more helpful than your regular lecture-style training.” Whitney Smith, The North Carolina Arboretum

“I thought it was helpful real time ‘workshopping’ with others. You two are pros!” – Brooke Gilder, Greater Good Grant Consulting

“Good mix of theory and immediate hands-on practice.” – Estelle Jobson, The European Association for the Study of the Liver

“I found this Master Class more – WAY – more helpful than regular webinars. It kept me engaged and was more challenging and fun. I loved being able to put what we learned into action and connect with others in the workshop. Great, great job. Thank you so much!” – Katie

“The breakout rooms and a chance to dig in and do the work was my favorite part. We were a little shy to start with but warmed up quickly.” – O.B.

“I thought it was put together quite well. I appreciated the focus given to specific writing styles. I don’t think like that in my work. I do use the different styles but not so intentionally. “ – Beth Gibbins, Catholic Charities, Diocese of Des Moines
