Has your nonprofit implemented Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policies for your communications program?

According to our 2022 Nonprofit Communications Trends Report, less than half (41%) of nonprofit communicators said their organization’s DEI policy was
clearly articulated.

And of those organizations that have policies, only 17% said the policy provided them with clear guidance as communications professionals.

Do you want to address the following issues with your communications program:

  • Unintentionally reinforcing stereotypes
  • Lack of support for mentioning inequities in communications
  • Unintentionally communicating personal bias
  • Concerns that your DEI policy is only performative

Antionette Kerr and Nicky Faircloth are ready to help with a brand new webinar that will help you navigate these tough conversations.

During this webinar, you’ll learn about:

  • How you can appropriately center diverse communities in your comms.

  • How to cover intersectional issues.

  • How a reparations line item can help you dedicate more funds to cultural conversations.

  • How to quickly audit your organization’s race equity statement.

  • How to process communications during fast-moving events, tragedies and harmful incidents that impact communities of color.

  • When and how to engage with an expert in a community you want to work with.

BONUS! All registrants get a special invitation to join our exclusive community space where you can talk more about this webinar and other topics with the whole Nonprofit Marketing Guide community.
