Each month, we focus on one key element of effective nonprofit communications. You’ll participate in two group calls: the first 30 minutes are guided by Kivi on core topics, and the remaining time is led by participants who bring timely, real-world challenges to the group.

Month 5: Build a Strategic Editorial Plan

    • Create or update your editorial calendar
    • Improve approval workflows and content planning
    • Introduce or strengthen creative briefs
    • Plan realistic content repurposing and team models

Month 6: Use Your Tools More Effectively

    • Audit your platforms (email, social, website, forms)
    • Clarify what to track and why
    • Choose microcontent, design, or copywriting skills to improve
    • Focus on systems that improve results without burnout
